The service

Checkkind provides a free device-local checklist. While active, the optional $1 monthly Founding Membership provides an ad-free website experience, Founding Member recognition, early access to selected experiments when offered, and priority consideration for member feedback. Early-access experiments may change or may not become released features. The $3 monthly Pro+ Membership is the feature tier: while active, it unlocks task-level voice memos, compressed images, clickable reference links and contact details and provides an ad-free website experience.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. Website memberships are managed through Stripe. iOS Pro+ subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and managed in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and membership continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law. A current website membership must be canceled before changing website tiers.

Refunds

Website refund requests use the support information on the Stripe receipt. Apple handles iOS In-App Purchase refund requests under Apple’s policies. These terms do not limit any refund right required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, upload unlawful material or interfere with other customers.

Your content and device storage

Your checklist and Pro+ attachments remain in your browser or the iOS app’s private device container. Checkkind does not receive or synchronize that content. Images are compressed and voice memos are limited in size, but device storage is finite. Clearing local data, uninstalling the app or changing devices may remove content. You are responsible for keeping another copy of anything important.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Checkkind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by California law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact Checkkind using the support information shown during checkout or on your payment receipt.
